Educational Supplement Services

Because Clark Elementary is in Year I and Holding under the federal No Child Left Behind Act, it is continuing to offer supplemental educational services (SES) to eligible students at no cost to participating families. During the 2010-11 school year, 155 students were eligible and 110 chose to participate.

There are 170 eligible students in the 2011-2012 school year. 60 students have been served for the fall semester. The spring session will begin February 7th; registration is ongoing with January 27th as the closing date for enrollment.

The Virginia Department of Education has compiled has compiled a list of organizations that are approved to provide services in Charlottesville. If you have questions about SES or your child's participation, please contact the Clark office at 245-2414.
