Honey Dewdrops Drop by Hometown for CHS Benefit September 27
Nationally acclaimed musical duo Laura Wortman and Kagey Parrish, better known as The Honey Dewdrops, will visit their hometown to perform a benefit concert on Thursday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m. in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Performing Arts Center in Charlottesville. Proceeds will benefit the Choirs of Charlottesville High School, where Kagey Parrish used to teach before the group hit the big time after winning A Prairie Home Companion's "Talented People in their Twenties" contest. Local musician David Tewksbury will open.
