CHS Stars Honored for Artistic Talents
Each year, Piedmont Council for the Arts presents The Arthur C. Greene Rising Star Youth Incentive Awards. Winners of this award are high school juniors and seniors selected by their teachers for their outstanding talent and promise in the arts. Charlottesville High School winners for 2011 are Emily Hays, Jack LaViolette, and Zoe Rosner.
PCA hosted an the 2011 Rising Stars Celebration and Exhibition Opening on Friday, October 7 at the CitySpace Gallery downtown.
The exhibition will be on display through October 31, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
