CHS Band Presents Premiere of "A Little Bit of Knight Music"
Friday, November 11 at 7:30 p.m.
The award-winning Charlottesville High School Band will present its first annual "A Little Bit of Knight Music" on Friday, November 11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Martin Luther King Performing Arts Center at Charlottesville High School.
“A Little Bit of Knight Music” is a non-stop musical kaleidoscope, showcasing the talented student musicians of the Charlottesville High School Bands. A variety of musical styles and ensembles will be presented throughout the performing space, creating an interactive experience for the audience. Director of Bands, David Gresko, hopes to make this an annual event to help support the many student performance opportunities provided by the CHS Bands, including their upcoming trip to the Heritage Festival in Orlando, Florida in the spring of 2012. Tickets will be $10 for adults and $5 for students in K-12. Tickets will be available through the CHS Band web site , from CHS Band members and at the door.
