CHS Diversity Showcase Highlights International Students 

March 25 at CHS, Buford hosts International Night March 24

The Charlottesville High School International Club is hosting its third annual celebration of diversity on Thursday, March 25, at 6:00 p.m. at the MLK Jr. Performing Arts Center behind CHS. The family-friendly show will feature traditional and modern song and dance performed by students from around the world, including Burma, Nepal, Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tanzania, Somalia, and Afghanistan.   

Performances will be followed by an International Rice Bowl dinner, with proceeds going to benefit the Celebrate Diversity Fund.  The show is free and open to the public. There is a suggested donation of $5 for the dinner. 

ALSO: Buford Middle School will hold an International Night at the school on Wednesday, March 24 from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. All Buford families are invited to bring a potluck dish to share. International entertainment will be presented.
