Annual 10th Grade Regional Career Day
March 18 and 19 at PVCC
The annual 10th Grade Regional Career Day will be held March 18 and 19 at Piedmont Virginia Community College. Students will identify career paths matching their career interests, acquire and record useful information collected from business presenters, and apply information to support their course selection, education, and career planning. Students get useful advice from speakers about recommended classes, educational preparation, volunteer experience, and/or other ways to get exposure to their field of interest.
Researching information about real careers and real people in jobs can lead to informed career decisions that will save time and money. The Career Day is sponsored by the
school divisions of Albemarle, Charlottesville, Fluvanna, Greene, Nelson and Piedmont Futures.
