Historically Black Colleges and Universities Festival
February 20 in Alexandria, Va.
Students in grades 10, 11, 12 and high school graduates, as well as parents and mentors are encouraged to attend the 2010 HBCU Festival. The festival will take place on February 20 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, Va.
There will be seminars, networking, and an opportunity to apply to colleges in person. An estimated 40 colleges and universities are expected to attend. Details and registration are available online at http://www.asbchbcu.org. Space is limited!
All those with an interest in attending are encouraged to register. It is possible that some space will become available in full sessions on the day of the festival.
Transportation will be provided for CHS students wishing to attend the festival. Transportation details will be provided as they become available.
